You agree not to misuse Taskmee, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service for other users. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
4. Features using third-party services
Some features use third-party providers to function, including AI generation/transcription and weather data. By using these features, you instruct Taskmee to send the required input data (such as prompts, optional audio, or location query values) for feature execution.
5. User content
You retain ownership of your notes and task content. You grant Taskmee a limited license to host, process, and display your content only as needed to provide the service.
6. Privacy and data rights
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where applicable, you can access, export, and delete your personal data through available account settings or by contacting us.
7. Service availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Taskmee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
9. Termination
You may stop using Taskmee at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten platform security.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Taskmee after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
